Security and Damage Deposit

The theater is rented on a "first come, first served" basis. A deposit is necessary to hold your desired rental date(s).

Your rental dates are not reserved until a deposit is received.

​

 SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT  

 

  • The deposit amount is $1,000 or 20% of the Rental Schedule total, whichever is greater
     

  • This deposit does not count towards the rental fee
     

  • If there are no damages or overages, the deposit will be funded in full 30 calendar days after the end of the rental
     

  • We accept payments via Zelle, check, cash, wire transfer or ACH

  • If paying via Zelle, please send payments to billing@starbright.com
     

  • Include your Account ID in the notes field. (Your Account ID appears in the upper-right corner of your Rental Schedule)

 PAYING WITH A CHECK 

​​

  • Make the check payable to “Starbright School”, not “Starbright Theater”
     

  • Include your Account ID in the memo area. (Your Account ID appears in the upper-right corner of your Rental Schedule)
     

  • Mail the check or drop it into Starbright School's mailbox, located next to the school's main entrance:

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

​​

  1. Your rental date(s) become reserved when your deposit transaction clears.
     

  2. The deposit alone does not finalize the rental. All required steps, including signing the Rental Contract and Rental Schedule, providing insurance, and paying all fees, must be completed.
     

  3. The deposit is refunded only after the rental has occurred. If the rental does not occur for any reason, then the deposit is not refunded.
     

  4. If a rental is rescheduled with at least 60 days' notice, the deposit can be moved to different available date(s) without any loss or penalties.
     

  5. The cost of any damage to the venue or equipment, as well as any overages, will be deducted from the deposit/
    If a deposit refund is due, it will be issued within 30 days after the end of the rental.
     

  6. Submission of the deposit constitutes agreement to these terms.​​​
